From walking in we were made so welcome. Friendly staff and a relaxed environment. The girls explained everything to us about the massages we were having. Two lovely girls. Thank you we both feel amazing, stress free and relaxed 🥰

this is my second time here at the spa and loved every minute from start to finish made to feel so welcome by all the lovely ladies they can't do enough for you, the treatments was amazing that we had the back massage and facial just amazing and so relaxing, it was a lovely relaxing day thank you so much ❤️

Attended a conference here so didn't stay over as only about 5 miles from where I live, but has gym, pool and spa facilities. Food was excellent as usual and one of main reasons for attending. Location and setting great as just off M6, so would recommend.

Visited only to purchase Spa Day gift experiences for family:friends but left somewhat underwhelmed. We have purchased these previously for family celebrations and always left impressed with the facility and helpfulness of the staff, but this time despite spending another £150 left feeling we that had been an annoyance and they did us a favour which reaffirms our decisions not to take out memberships personally.

It was alright. Food at the restaurant was alright. Rooms were alright. Location was alright—a bit remote, but alright. The breakfast did not reach the lofty heights of being 'alright'. £12 for a couple of anaemic croissants and a yoghurt is a bit steep. The lack of sugar sachets (it's all cubes here) is also a bit of a problem if you like to coat your Weetabix.

We had our wedding at the Wrightington in October 2024, and it was flawless. India could not have done more for us and was so patient with all my questions and plans. The room was set up exactly as we requested, and every detail was thought of. The room looked beautiful. All the staff where wonderful and the service was outstanding. All my guests commented on how clean the hotel is and how fantastic the food at the wedding was. We got some wonderful pictures from the terrace. The Maddox suite is beautiful, we stayed an extra night so we could have time to use the pool etc. Thank you so much to the whole team for making our dreams come true and a special thanks to India. Do not hesitate to use this venue!

Went for a spa day so didn't see the rooms. Lesley and Cerys who worked in the spa are very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the service provided and the afternoon tea.

Made to feel very special on my daughter's 21st, not too much so we could happily please ourselves to all the facilities, The massages were amazing and Lauren and Vicky were excellent. Afternoon tea was fresh and there was plenty that was packed up and we ate for tea. Thank you so much we'll definitely be back again

Went to a wedding, night time guests, it was spot on food was good also the ale well priced and I can only imagine the daytime wedding guests had a brilliant time judging by the night time well d9ne to the whole team .

Five ladies all had an amazing day, lovely Spa area, the separate changing rooms and relaxation room are brilliant, we enjoyed the classes in the morning especially the Pilates - Amanda was brilliant and so funny, we all had a lovely light lunch in Bennett’s restaurant followed by our treatments which were just wow- also enjoyed a lovely swim- we would love to return and do it all again
